- Participation in real estate transactions, including through a special power of attorney (issued by an Italian notary or consular authority)
- Coordination and review of property inspections and preliminary survey
- Mortgages
- Transferring funds to Italy for real estate purchases
- Tax aspects related to property transfers
We assist our clients with:
- Italian succession filing (Italian declaration of succession)
- All areas in which foreign or Italian wills involve Italian real estate, Italian bank accounts, life insurance, safe deposit boxes and invested funds in Italy
- Inheritance disputes (through alternative dispute resolutions and, if necessary, lawsuits in Court)
